Safety & trust

What our checks mean — and what they don't

Trust at iSΞOOL is deliberately transparent. Here is exactly what each credibility label represents and how to raise a concern.

What our credibility labels mean

  • Identity Verified

An iSΞOOL reviewer manually checked identity documents. No external identity-verification provider is used in this pilot.

  • Credentials Reviewed

An iSΞOOL reviewer looked at the qualification evidence the mentor submitted.

  • Domain Skills Assessed

An iSΞOOL reviewer assessed the mentor's skills in their domain.

Important: These labels describe checks made by iSΞOOL reviewers. They are not government accreditation, university recognition, or professional licensure.

Reporting a concern

A report option appears on every mentor profile and on your discovery results. Reports are received and marked pending review by authorised staff. The pilot does not auto-resolve reports or take automated action.

Adults-only pilot

This pilot is for adults (18 and over). Support for minors would require additional safeguards and is a separate decision that has not been made.

Operated with Vardhnova's review discipline

iSΞOOL is developed and operated by Vardhnova Biotech Private Limited. Vardhnova is an R&D and product-validation company; iSΞOOL is a separate learning platform, but the same independent, evidence-first review discipline is carried over to how mentors are checked here.
