How it works

A clear path for learners, a careful process for mentors

iSΞOOL keeps the journey simple for learners and the trust process honest for mentors — no fabricated badges, no hidden steps.

For learners

  1. 01Create an account and confirm you are an adult (18+).
  2. 02Set up your learning profile step by step — only your preferred name and a learning goal are required.
  3. 03Search approved mentors; filter by domain, language, format, availability and free-or-paid.
  4. 04Save mentors and compare them side by side before you decide.

For mentors

  1. 01Apply with your background, skills and supporting documents.
  2. 02A reviewer checks your identity and credentials by hand — no external verification provider is used in this pilot.
  3. 03If approved, your public profile clearly separates verified evidence from your own claims.
  4. 04You choose free or paid mentorship. Payments are not enabled in this pilot.
